NOTE: Do to recent change in immigration law, we require that all of our guest obtain the immigration
permit entering Mexico if you are staying for 72 hours you do not require a permit, if you are staying
for a longer period please go to the immigration office at the moment you cross into Mexico.
The permit for 7 days should be free.
The permit for 7 + days should be around $24dlls.

POLICIES

• Full payment in advance + 50 dlls cash deposit (per room).
• 2 nights minimum stay
• 3 months maximum stay (restrictions apply)
• 2 guest maximum per room
• No children under 12 allowed (exceptions may apply with previous authorization)
• No pets allowed
• Electric base heaters are not permitted.(If you wish to use one a surcharge of $80dlls per month will apply).
• No laundry is permitted in bathroom or kitchen.
• Hanging clothes in balcony or furniture is not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden. (100 dollar fee will apply).
• The towels in the room shouldn’t be used for clean ups, and medical curations.
• Any damage to the accessories and/or premises will incur fees.
• A Penalty fee will apply in any cancellation.
(The rate will be adjusted to the number of days stayed plus a 1 night at daily rate will be charge)

We ask our guest to be courteous and between 10 P.M and 8 A.M
do not use loud stereos, keep the TV at a reasonable volume, and
please try not to slam the doors closed, so everyone at Dali Suites
has a pleasant stay.

• If you fail to comply with any of this policies we have the right to
terminate contract at any time.


FOR OUR GUEST THAT STAY MORE THAN A WEEK:

Maid service is included twice a week (no dish washing).
Sheets and towels are changed with service (more often can be arranged, fees apply).
1 roll of toilet paper is included p/week, we can provide additional rolls with a
$1.00 dollar Charge per roll.

If you need extra appliances: Iron, Ironing board, coffee maker, toaster,
blender, etc. please let us know.** Not guarantee to be available**
