To all of our guest that are thinking of bringing their car into Tijuana please consider the following: Tijuana at the moment has a really bad problem with car theft specially if your car has foreign plates, if you should decide to bring your car please buy Insurance that covers you in Mexico, also a Club would be useful (not always effective), another recommendation would be to take your plates out and every time you go out just put them at the windshield.
