PET POLICY & FEES
We understand that your furry friend is an important part of your family, and we love to welcome them to our property. As much as we would like to waive pet fees, we have to take into consideration the safety and health of all our guests, including those who are immune compromised. To ensure that our property is always clean and safe, we have to take extra measures in cleaning and sanitizing after pet stays, which requires additional time and effort from our staff. Therefore, we kindly request a pet fee to help us cover these additional cleaning costs.
Please note that the rate is per dog per stay.
First dog:
Small Breed up to 6 pounds: $50
Medium breed up to 15 pounds: $55
Large breed up to 40 pound: $65
Second dog:
Small Breed up to 6 pounds: $25
Medium breed up to 15 pounds: $35
Large breed up to 40 pound: $45

We have limited apartments that are pet-friendly, so please call us to inform us of your pet's stay so we can confirm availability.
In addition, we require all pet owners to sign a waiver form and agree to pay for any damages caused by their pets during their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our property a comfortable and safe place for all of our tenants and guests , including your beloved furry family member.
